In September of 2000, God gave me a vision.  I’d like to say I was on a Mountain-top on my knees in prayer, but truthfully - I was in the shower.  I came running into my office dripping wet, and I wrote down the things I had seen and heard from God. 

One of the most prominent things was a strange map of the United States.  I went out immediately and bought a US Map, put it on my office wall, and tried to replicate what I had seen - with some yarn and thumb tacks.  God also spoke to me about 12 cities in the Heartland.  He seemed to indicate that the area inside the red line was what He considered to be the “Heartland” of America.  He said to: “Strengthen the Church in the Heartland”.  I still have that map.  It looks something like this: 

 
Two months later in November, I was watching election returns of the Bush/Gore race on the new FOX News channel.  I suddenly shouted for my wife:  “Cindy – Come here!  My map is on TV!”  It was the basic Red State / Blue State Map we are all familiar with now.  In reality, the Map God had shown me is a combination of the 2000 and 2004 elections.  (And God still has something special in store for Pennsylvania, I believe!)   Here’s the 2000 and 2004 election Maps (Red State / Blue State):

    

A couple of years ago, I established a local Church in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area.  We call it “Heartland HQ”.  Sierra Vista, Arizona is another City the Lord showed me.  I will be faithful to Strengthen the Church of Jesus Christ there.  There are more cities, but right now I am focusing on: Heartland HQ in Tulsa, and the Church in the Sierra Vista / Cochise County area. 

At some point, we’ll have strong local Churches in all 12 Cities.  The Bible says: The only thing that can prevail against the Gates of Hell – is the Church that Jesus Christ is building.

I hope you’ll listen to our “On Demand” Podcasts and get involved in our efforts locally.  A sinful Church is the reason America has gone so far downhill.  A restored, Christ-like Church is the only hope for America now.
